My high end watch needed the bands replaced . So I ordered the bands and Robbie himself told me he could swap them out " no problem" he said !!! He kept my watch for 1 month !!! After he told me it was ready I was looking foward to wearing my watch again until I saw the job he had done !!!! Not only did he do a horrible job he only did half a job !!!! He scratched my rose gold case up terribly and only put one of the bands on and tore the new band up putting it on !#! He said he left the other side off because the old one was good !!! I had to show him how it was split down the middle !!!! Terrible job !!! Terrible service , and Terrible pricing , because he charged me for all of that !!!! Now I'm $63 dollars in the hole with no wearable watch !!!! Have to start all over !!!!!
